Shipping
All Organic Skincare products are shipped from Lithuania via a secure, tracked shipping method to Omniva or DPD parcel machines, with the option to choose courier delivery.
We offer free shipping to parcel machines in Lithuania on orders over €50, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Please ensure that a valid residential address is provided, as the system will automatically select the nearest parcel machine based on this information. Organic Skincare cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed by our warehouse.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the chosen delivery method.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
In case your Organic Skincare package arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Organic Skincare products and their outer cardboard packaging. Then, kindly email info@organicskincare.lt within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
